Ramblings...

I am pleased to announce Sarah took the last dose of her steroids yesterday! Thank goodness. She wasn't too bad ALL THE TIME, but she did have her moments...like in the foyer Sunday night after church with several people standing around and she literally tries to climb the wall. A few minutes later she comes up to me and grabs my one leg and tries to lift me up!!! I wish I could find the words to describe her...she cracks me up...the funniest kid I've ever seen. Her on steroids....I just kept thinking about those old commercials w/an egg in the frying pan saying, "this is your brain on drugs".

My friend, Amber's baby (born last week) had to go back to the hospital over the weekend because she was jaundice. I was talking to Amber on the phone the other night and the kids overheard me telling Todd about the situation and they were curious as to what was going on. I tried to explain it as best I could...I told them it caused a yellowish tint to the skin. At meal times the kids have tried to remember to pray for them. So, last night at supper whoever prayed didn't pray for Amber or the baby...so Spencer says, you forgot to pray for Amber and her yellow baby. :-)

It is supposed to be warm again today! woo hoo! :-) It was like summer for a long stretch and then it got cool over the weekend. I'm glad it's going to be warm and sunny today!
Only 7 more days of school!! :-) Can't wait.
